Rockheights Volunteer Drivers

Please submit the following to the school office:

1. Completed SD61 ‘Volunteer Driver Form’
2. Copy of the front and back of your Driver’s License
3. Copy of current Auto Insurance for the vehicle that will be used to transport students
4. Copy of your current ICBC Drivers Abstract
   • Abstract can be obtained at https://icbc.com/driver-licensing/getting-licensed/Pages/Your-driving-record.aspx Choose the “Personal Driving Record” option and have abstract emailed to: pcoburn@sd61.bc.ca

5. Apply for a Criminal Record Check
   • New Online Process as of August 19, 2024.  More details to follow.
