Buccaneer Family Music Bingo
When: Friday May 9th 7pm to 9pm
Where: Curling Rink Lounge
Grade 8 Rockheights Students and parent/caregivers are operating the concession at this fun family event to raise funds for grade 8 celebration. All proceeds raised at this Rockheights operated concession will go toward the Grade 8 end of year celebration.
We are looking for students & Parents/Caregivers who can help with the following:
Prior to the Event: (Students)
• Create general posters to attract people to the concession
• Create large price lists for items for sale
• Create candy bags
Night of the Event: Friday May 9th
6pm to 8pm (2 Students, 2 parents/caregivers)
• Set up of concession 6pm to 6:45pm
• Customer service
• Counting cash and taking orders through square
• Having fun and engaging with people to drive sales
8pm to 9:45pm (2 students, 2 parents/caregivers)
• Customer service
• Counting cash and taking orders through square
• Having fun and engaging with people to drive sales
• Take down and tidy up of event after 9pm
All proceeds from the concession raised go towards all activities for the Grade 8 end of year celebration.
